The exhibitor shop is open for you!

Once you have accepted your placement proposal, you can start preparing your trade fair appearance: The exhibitor shop of Smart Country Convention is your platform for ordering all products and services required for the successful organization of your trade show presentation, including electrical or water installations, several stand services and much more.

Even if you have booked a complete stand package, it can be useful to take a look at the exhibitor shop. Here you can order additional exhibitor passes, set-up and dismantling passes, parking spaces, ticket vouchers for your customers and much more.

Good to know

  • You can place your orders via the exhibitor shop if you are already registered and approved as an exhibitor at the Smart Country Convention 2024.
  • It is therefore only possible to place an order in the exhibitor shop by stating your confirmed hall and stand number. You will find these on both the order confirmation and the down payment invoice.
  • To place orders, you must register or log in with your existing user name and password. However, prices and information can also be researched without prior registration.
  • Please use your access data from last year, new exhibitors please register in the exhibitor shop.
  • A sub-account can be set up for other people (e.g. the stand builder). This can be found after logging in under "Account management".
  • When ordering, please note the specified order deadlines and the services included in your booked stand package.

Where do you order exactly what you need?

We have compiled the most important information for you to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from planning to set-up to the days of the fair: Here you will find useful links and ordering options for your trade fair participation.

Please note that separate logins or registration data are currently still valid for each portal. In the respective portals you will find contacts who can help you with any questions.

We are already working on fully integrating all services, such as our current exhibitor shop, into the new exhibitor portal, so that you will be able to manage all services in one portal in the future.

The new exhibitor portal guides you step by step through the registration process and, by creating a profile, is the central point of contact for your participation as an exhibitor. In the portal you can:

  • Book partner packages or stand spaces
  • View and manage your stand booking
  • Register co-exhibitors directly, invite them by email or add them later
  • View and approve your placement

Book a meeting space

Bookable meeting cubes & tables for productive discussions

Many exhibitors are looking for ways to withdraw: whether for a call or an online meeting, for concentrated preparation for a presentation or an important meeting. With us, you have the choice:

  • Meeting Cubes: Seating and table for max. 6 people
  • Meeting Tables: Seating and table for max. 4 people
  • Located in the meeting areas in hub27 and Hall 25
  • Water and coffee included (self-service)

Editing your company profile

To edit your exhibitor entry, you will receive an e-mail * with a link to the area where you can edit your data. The procedure will be explained to you in detail in the e-mail.

The exhibitor entry in the exhibitor overview on the SCCON website as well as on the SCCON online platform and later in the SCCON app is identical and only needs to be maintained in one place. You are completely flexible in filling in your profile and can make changes at any time. More information

Shows and events on your stand

Drawing more attention to your stand

Looking for a great way to celebrate your day at the event with customers and business partners? You want to hold an exhibitor-event for visitors or an evening event on your own stand? Then register your exhibitor event and we will publish your event in our program. Events at the stand are possible in the following time periods:
October, 15 from 09.30 am - 10.00 p.m.
October, 16 from 09.30 am - 9.00 p.m.
October, 17 from 09.30 am - 6.00 p.m.

Please note that events are subject to registration. Registration begins on September 02 and ends on October 04. More information

Transportation and logistics

Access to the exhibition grounds

For the Smart Country Convention, access to the exhibition grounds for set-up and dismantling (delivery or collection) is only possible by registering and booking a loading zone in the VisiFair booking portal and with a personalized, free set-up and dismantling pass.

To ensure that set-up and dismantling traffic on the exhibition grounds runs as smoothly as possible, please also observe all applicable entry and toll regulations in the Traffic Guide.

Exhibitors or their suppliers and stand constructors who wish to use Messe Berlin's forwarding services (e.g. loading and unloading by forklift truck) can order these directly via Online Order Service.

Catering at your exhibition stand

Coffee, water, snacks at the stand?

Capital Catering GmbH, based on the exhibition grounds, will take care of the catering for your stand party, meeting or reception.

Please place your order well in advance: Your order should be received no later than four weeks before the event so that everything can be planned in time and your wishes fulfilled.

The overview will be continuously updated until the event.
