Exhibitor shop
Order platform for all stand services
The exhibitor shop is your platform for ordering all products and services required for the successful organization of your trade show presentation. This includes a variety of services around your stand such as electric power and water installation, stand construction, internet, security, cleaning and many more.
Orders can only be placed once you have been registered and approved as an exhibitor for #SCCON26 and therefore have a confirmed hall and stand number.

Important information for your stand planning
Have you decided to build your own individual stand? As soon as you have confirmed the placement proposal, you can start planning with your stand constructor.
We have compiled important information and guidelines for you.
Transportation and logistics
Access to the exhibition grounds
During set-up and dismantling
Access to the exhibition grounds during the set-up and dismantling period (delivery or collection) is only possible with registration and booking of a chargeable loading zone in the VisiFair booking portal and with a personalized, free set-up and dismantling pass.
During the event
As an exhibitor, you can purchase a parking permit in the Exhibitor Shop to park directly in front of the hall during the trade fair. In addition to the parking permit, you will also need a valid ticket to enter the exhibition grounds.
Forwarding services
Exhibitors or their suppliers and stand constructors who wish to use Messe Berlin's forwarding services (e.g. loading and unloading by forklift truck, shipment or storage) can order these directly via the Online Order Service of our partner DB Schenker.

Use the services of the media package to increase the attention of your trade fair presentation.
The exhibitor entry in the exhibitor overview on the SCCON website as well as on the SCCON online platform and later in the SCCON app is identical and only needs to be maintained in one place. You are completely flexible in filling in your profile and can make changes at any time.

Drawing more attention to your stand
Are you planning a presentation, a best practice event or a get-together? Register your event with us and we will include it in the programme. Up to 10 events can be published per exhibitor.
Registration begins on August 31 and ends on September 25.

Advertising and sponsoring opportunities
Discover the wide range of advertising and sponsorship opportunities in our advertising portfolio. You can easily book these directly in the Advertising Shop. However, the popular packages are booked up quickly - secure your favourite option now!
The Advertising Portfolio is expected to be available here from February 2026.

Free advertising material
Round off your #SCCON26 trade fair appearance: All inclusive! Make use of our communication services and increase your visibility, via mailshots, customer invitations and stand activities. Incorporate our logo or the key visual of the Smart Country Convention in your communications campaign and create eye-catching advertising banners.
Our communications package offers a selection of basic information and text modules as well as logos and banners to assist with your communications.
Your Expo Highlights
Exhibitor information on innovations and trends is always of great interest to visitors and the trade media even before the Smart Country Convention. For this reason we are publishing "Expo Highlights" in our news blog on the Smart Country Convention website.
We are looking forward to your topics and innovations which you will be presenting at SCCON26.

Catering at your exhibition stand
Coffee, water, snacks at the stand?
Capital Catering GmbH, based on the exhibition grounds, will take care of the catering for your stand party, meeting or reception.
Please place your order well in advance: Your order should be received no later than four weeks before the event so that everything can be planned in time and your wishes fulfilled.
