from early April	Admission invoice The admission invoice for the package price or stand rental and the services booked up to that point will be sent after your confirmation of the placement proposal. This does not include the co-exhibitor fee, which will only be charged with the final invoice. by the end of June	Placement proposal Depending on the time of your registration, you will receive your placement proposal latest by the end of June, which will be available for final confirmation in the exhibitor portal. August 28	Submitting the stand construction details for official approval For complex stand constructions (e.g. double storeys), we recommend that you send a stand sketch by e-mail (Apply for approval). until September 1	Ordering frequencies As soon as technical support is used (e.g., microphones, cameras, radio devices, presenters for PPT, or a live music act), radio frequencies are used. October 10 from 7.00 a.m.	Start of stand construction To ensure that set-up and dismantling traffic on the site runs as smoothly as possible, please observe all applicable entry and security regulations in the traffic guide. October 15 from 4.30 p.m.	Start of dismantling Exhibitors are required to set up their booths during visitor opening hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m., until 4:30 p.m. on the last day of the fair) and to staff them with knowledgeable personnel.
