Your event at the booth

Lectures, product presentations, get-togethers or other events are a great opportunity to draw attention to your booth and your solutions, while enabling networking in a relaxed atmosphere.

We are happy to support you in presenting your event highlights under the “Booth Program” category in the SCCON program.

Number of published events

Up to 10 events per exhibitor
Platinum/Premium and Advance Partners may register up to 15 events
For each co-exhibitor, one additional event can be registered

On 13 October 2026, booth events may start no earlier than 10:45 a.m. to avoid any overlap with the Opening on the Plaza. Thank you for your understanding!

Registration period
Registration opens on 31 August and closes on 25 September 2026. For registrations submitted after this period, we cannot guarantee timely publication.

All events taking place at your booth after 6:00 p.m. must be registered. Even if you do not wish your event to be published, we still require your information.

How the registration works:

Step 1: First download the Excel template (will be available shortly). You can register one or more events in the file.
Step 2: Please enter all events planned at your booth and fill in all mandatory fields, otherwise the registration cannot be considered.
Step 3: Upload the completed table here and submit it. Please do not register your exhibitor event until your program has been finalized.
Step 4: For frequency management purposes, please register all devices that operate wirelessly, e.g., wireless microphones, in-ear monitoring systems, wireless intercoms, portable wireless speakers, etc. For more information, see Instructions & Regulations.

After receiving your registration, we will check the data. If we have any questions, we will contact you immediately. Your exhibitor event will then be included in our program.
