A100 bridge closed:

 Access routes for delivery traffic to the exhibition centre

The ring road bridge on the A100 motorway in south-west Berlin has been closed since mid-March 2025. Due to the closure, the traffic routing at the Funkturm motorway junction has been changed for an extended period. This will also affect access to the Berlin Exhibition Centre.

You can reach Expo Center Messe Berlin via the following routes:

From the north: Take the A111 motorway to the A100, exit Messedamm. However, due to the closure of one lane of the A100 southbound from Spandauer Damm, we recommend taking exit 6 Spandauer Damm and travelling to the exhibition grounds via Königin-Elisabeth-Straße.

From the south: Take exit 9 Messedamm from the A100 or A115 motorways. Please note that the further passage to the north - past exit 9 Messedamm and past the exhibition centre - is closed to trucks over 3.5 tonnes. In addition, traffic jams are to be expected at the Funkturm motorway junction due to the closure. Therefore, please check whether it makes more sense to approach from the west.

From the west: Take the western Berlin A10 motorway ring road to exit 26 Berlin-Spandau. From there you can reach the exhibition centre via the B5 and Heerstraße.

From the east: Messe Berlin can be reached from the A10 motorway via the B1 and B2. To bypass the city centre, you can take the A111 and approach the exhibition grounds from the north.

From BER airport: Take the A113 motorway and the A100 northbound to exit 9 Messedamm. Due to the current closure, there may be delays - please allow sufficient time for your journey.
