Setting Up and Dismantling

In order to ensure that setting up and dismantling traffic on the exhibition grounds run as smoothly as possible, please comply with all access and deposit rules stated in the traffic guide and under Traffic and logistics.
Entry to the exhibition grounds for set-up and dismantling is only possible with registration and booking of a loading zone. The VisiFair booking portal will open on July 1, 2025.
Please note that every self-built stand must be approved by us in advance.

If your stand has been approved, then there is nothing to stop you from having a successful trade fair appearance.
On weekdays the Messe Berlin GmbH “Lunch Box” canteen (Hall 7c, 3rd floor) will offer breakfast from 08.30 a.m. – 10.00 p.m. and lunch from 01.00 p.m. – 02.30 p.m.
Construction inspection will be carried out on Oktober 14, 2024, by the technical department. Please note that all construction work on stands should be completed by this date.
It is important that packages delivered by post or courier are labelled as follows. Please give the name of a contact person who will be available on site to accept the package.

The hall inspectors Mr. Schulz (hub27) und Mr. Goldau (hall 25) are authorised to check compliance with the building regulations on behalf of the exhibition management and to intervene if necessary in the event of hazards. You can reach them at +49 30 3038 4143 or +49 30 3038 4149. If you have any problems in the hall, you can also contact the exhibition management directly at +49 30 3038 2300.
Protect your exhibits, stand equipment and personal items from theft. On our Exhibitor Shop you can find information about insuring exhibits & stand equipment as well as ordering additional security personnel – see the category Stand Services.
The insurance of your stand is not included in the price of stand space.
These passes allow access to the exhibition grounds during construction and dismantling times. The codes for these passes are free of charge and can be ordered in the exhibitor shop.
Please note: If you order codes for construction and dismantling passes via the exhibitor shop, they must be redeemed and personalized in advance online at the SCCON ticket store. Access to the exhibition grounds is only possible with these!
This means that all stand builders, suppliers and service providers must also order a construction and dismantling pass and register in advance. Admission to the fair ground is only allowed with pre online registration!

An advanced construction before Oktober 12, is fee-based and you can apply within the Exhibitor Shop.
Our design department will support you in the planning, conception and implementation of your individual stand. Discover our wide range of stand types and equipment options for individualization. In our online store, you can order all services and the necessary equipment.
When planning your stand, please observe the guidelines for stand design in hub 27 and hall 25.
Independent of the general supervision provided, we recommend that you arrange security for your stand to ensure that it are protected as the hall supervision service does not accept liability for any claims. In this context, please note that valuable objects should be protected, particularly during the setting up and dismantling phases.
Stand security services can be ordered in good time before the event at the Exhibitor Shop. In accordance with Item 2.5 “Surveillance” of our Technical Guidelines stand guards may only be provided by the security company contracted by Messe Berlin.

Trade Fair Duration
Are you looking for a closed room at the event for short, confidential discussions in a small group? Then our Meeting Spaces are just right for you!
If you would like catering at your stand, the colleagues at Capital Catering GmbH will be happy to help you.
Please order early - catering should be ordered at least four weeks before the event. To the catering shop
You will find the cloakrooms in the entrance foyer of the hub27 an in hall 26.
Price: 3.00 euros per item of wardrobe, 6.00 euros per item of luggage
The cloakroom is free of charge for holders of exhibitor passes, VIP tickets, and speaker tickets.
The exhibitor passes entitle holders to access the exhibition grounds before, during and after the event. Persons who will also be on site during the event therefore do not require an additional set-up and dismantling pass.
The free codes for redemption in the Online Ticketshop are available in good time before the event. Please note the number of exhibitor passes already included in your stand registration. This can be found in your confirmation of order. Any additional exhibitor passes required are subject to a charge and can be ordered in the Exhibitor Shop.
Exhibitor passes are personalized and non-transferable. As long as they have not been used, the name on the pass can still be changed in the exhibitor account via the ticket shop.
When entering and leaving the exhibition grounds, your pass must be scanned by our admission staff.
In the halls you will find various cafés and catering areas with food trucks where you can buy food and drinks.
You are welcome to use the free WIFI for exhibitors during the Smart Country Convention. SSID: SCCON WIFI
With the SCCON app's lead scan function, you can capture trade visitor data with just one click. The data is immediately available online for further processing.
With Lead Scan, all team members who are assigned to your exhibitor profile in the SCCON Online Platform can scan visitor badges and collect contacts.
Booking takes place via the Advertising Shop.

Please note: each exhibitor is obliged to set up his stand during the visitor opening hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and to staff it with qualified personnel. Dismantling of the stand on Thursday, October 2 before 6 p.m. is not permitted.

As a special service, free charging facilities for e-cars are available at P17.
As an alternative to the general parking areas, you can purchase exclusive exhibitor parking passes via our exhibitor store.
Are you planning an exhibitor event for visitors, a presentation, a get-together or a stand party and would like it to be published in the online event calendar? Then register your exhibitor event with us and we will publish it in the program.
Up to 10 events per exhibitor will be published.
Please note that events on the stand are subject to registration. Publication cannot be guaranteed for events registered after the registration deadline on September 12, 2025.

Advertising materials must be picked up by the end of the event on 17.10.2024 until 06.00 pm

Visitor tickets for your customers or partners can be ordered via the exhibitor shop. The vouchers are free of charge. Please note that a handling fee will be charged depending on the package size. You can view the redeemed voucher codes later in your ticket account.
