Innovative employers for new talents: The SCCON Career Day on October 17
• Exhibitors recruit new employees as career partners with attractive job offers
• Career Lounge in Hall 25 with Career Stage, Speed Dating, Career Photos and Digital Jobwall
The public sector is the largest employer in Germany and offers many career prospects - which is why the third day of the Smart Country Convention 2024 is Career Day. The public sector's leading digitalization event will be a meeting place for innovative employers, young talent and experienced professionals.
Career Lounge, Career Speed Dating and Career Photos
Experienced specialists and young professionals will have a variety of opportunities to get to know potential new employers during Career Day on October 17. The Career Lounge in Hall 25 is the first port of call and offers new opportunities for further training and networking:
• Career Stage: On stage, experts from LinkedIn and #SheTransformsIT will talk about employer branding for public authorities and best practices for your own career management.
• Career Speed Dating: Face to face with the employer of tomorrow - here, interested talents can talk directly to new employers.
• Career Photos: A professional photographer puts SCCON participants in the right light for a free application photo.
• Digital Jobwall: All current jobs from over 350 partner companies are available at a glance in Hall 25.
Strong career partners on the way to your dream job
As Career Partners, the exhibitors at the Smart Country Convention place particular emphasis on the topics of recruiting and attracting skilled workers. Marked with a Career Point at their stand, participants can identify and get to know potential new employers as they pass by and then talk to them later in the Career Lounge.
