Sorting files, organising information, identifying legal frameworks: many steps in administrative procedures take up valuable time. But what happens when AI helps with these time-consuming tasks?
At the Capgemini stand, this question becomes a challenge. Visitors tackle typical administrative tasks at three interactive stations – first on their own and then with the help of artificial intelligence. The comparison provides a first-hand experience of how the SPARK API can structure large volumes of information, review documents and prepare decision-making processes. This makes time-consuming tasks easier and quicker to complete.
SPARK API is a publicly available, modular AI solution for public administration. It was developed as part of an innovation partnership between the Federal Ministry for Digital and State Modernisation, Capgemini and other European technology partners. The individual AI modules can be flexibly combined, integrated into existing platforms, and scaled and reused for different specialist procedures. Transparency and traceability are key priorities here. The AI provides support; the final decision is made by a human.
In this way, streamlining processes becomes more than just a promise of efficiency: staff gain time for professional assessment, responsible decision-making and the development of an effective administration. The experiment demonstrates in a light-hearted way what SPARK API is capable of today, and invites us to discuss further areas of application together.
