Stand design at hub27
In order to maintain the open character of the Smart Country Convention, stand structures should be planned as follows:
- The sides of the stand adjacent to a visitor aisle may be constructed to a maximum height of 1.10 m in the first 0.50 m.
- The remaining area of the stand may be constructed to a height of up to 2.50 m. Walls facing visitor aisles may occupy a maximum of 30% of the respective stand length.
- Back walls facing neighboring stands are permitted throughout but must be set back 0.50 m from the edge of the stand (see above).
- The rear walls of the stand that adjoin neighboring stands must be 2.50 m high and must be kept neutral white and joint-free. These rear walls must be made of panel material (painted or veneered) so as not to interfere with the design of the neighboring stand.
- The banner in the ceiling and the basic lighting for the entire booth area are included in the hub27 partner package.
- It is not permitted to attach your own advertising materials or lighting technology to the ceiling area.
- Additional lighting technology can be obtained from the service partner MB Capital Services GmbH.
- Roll-ups, pop-up light walls, and similar displays are not permitted in the basic packages at hub27.
- Exhibits must be registered and approved.
- Detailed plans and views must be submitted to e-mailby August 28, 2026.
Stand design in halls 25 and 26
- The maximum construction height is 6 meters, including suspended elements
- Minimum requirement: a floor covering and stable partition walls to neighboring stands with a height of at least 2.50 m.
- Mobile exhibition walls, folding walls and pop-up stands are only permitted in conjunction with a fixed partition wall, provided these do not themselves contain a fixed wall.
- Rear sides of the stand that are higher than 2.50 m and adjacent to neighboring stands must be stable and neutral in design and without advertising messages.
- The closed section on the side leading to the aisle may not exceed 30 % of the area. A closed wall may be a maximum of 3 meters long and must have a graphic design on the aisle side.
- Walls bordering visitor aisles should be broken up with transparent showcases, niches, displays or something similar, to emphasize the open character of the event.
