Receptions, get-togethers, product presentations or other events at the booth are a great opportunity to draw attention to your booth and solutions and to network in a relaxed atmosphere. The following applies here: All events that take place at your booth are subject to registration.

Our innovative info displays with integrated "tweet wall" offer you a dynamic display of the event program in real time. This way, we provide the congress audience with updated information about program changes.
In addition, we present curated "tweets" published under the event hashtag #SCCON24 in a visually appealing and clear way. So make active use of our hashtag to draw attention to yourself.

Thought of everything? What is still missing for a successful SCCON presence? |
The most important dates & information at a glance:
1. You should have allready received your number of free exhibitor pass codes according to your stand size or partner package from us by email. You can redeem them online in our ticket store. This e-mail has been sent to the contact person who has been indicated when registering your booth.
2. You are welcome to book additional services such as booth security, cleaning or catering in our exhibitor shop. When ordering, please note the specified order deadlines and the services included in your booked stand package.
3. At the Smart Country Convention, entry to the exhibition grounds for set-up and dismantling is only possible with registration and booking of a loading zone! You are now welcome to book your loading zone via Booking portal VisiFair.
4. In order to ensure that setting up and dismantling traffic on the exhibition grounds run as smoothly as possible, please comply with all access and deposit rules stated in the traffic guide. Please also forward this to your booth builders, co-exhibitors and shipping providers.
5. Please note: Each exhibitor is required to set up his stand during the visitor opening hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and to staff it with qualified personnel. Dismantling of the stand on Thursday, 17 October before 6 p.m. is not permitted.
