SCCON Press Service: Everything you need to know about attending the Smart Country Convention 2025

The countdown to Smart Country Convention 2025 is on – in five days, the doors will open and the Berlin Exhibition Grounds will once again become the meeting place for the public sector. Media representatives can expect more than 650 high-profile speakers from politics, administration and business, as well as 900 keynotes, panels and interactive sessions.

Tickets & Accreditation
Free tickets for trade visitors are available exclusively from the online ticket shop. Media representatives who wish to report on the Smart Country Convention can obtain accreditation on the SCCON website.
Livestream
Exclusively for journalists, we are offering a livestream of selected political programme items this year. The stream will include keynotes and highlight sessions by Digital Minister Dr Karsten Wildberger, Education and Family Minister Karin Prien and other political representatives at the event.

Event dates & travel information
This year's Smart Country Convention will take place from 30 September to 2 October. It opens daily at 9 a.m., accredited journalists have access to the site from 8 a.m. onwards. Day one ends at 10 p.m. with the Networking Night. At the end of day two, the Smart Country Startup Award will be celebrated until 9 p.m., and day three will end with the official closing by Federal Digital Minister Dr. Karsten Wildberger at 4 p.m. The expo closes at 6 p.m.
We recommend travelling by public transport – the ‘Messe Süd’ S-Bahn station is about a 10-minute walk from the entrance to hub27.
If travelling by car, the address ‘Jafféstraße Tor 25, 14055 Berlin’ can be used. Paid parking spaces are available here. Media representatives can park free of charge in car park P18 on presentation of their accreditation.
Hall plan & exhibitor list
The interactive hall plan provides visitors with all the information they need about the stages, exhibitors and workshop rooms at the Smart Country Convention.
Around 460 exhibitors from 14 countries will be presenting themselves at #SCCON25. An overview of the exhibitors, their products and the various segments can be found on the list of exhibitors.
App & online platform – digitalisation for your pocket
The digital complement to preparing for and attending the Smart Country Convention is the SCCON online platform, where you can find all exhibitors, speakers and events. Hall plans, networking opportunities and appointment scheduling options are also available here, allowing you to get in touch directly with exhibitors, speakers and other participants.
The SCCON app is the ideal companion during the Smart Country Convention: it allows you to access the extensive range of services offered by the online platform on your mobile device during the event. The app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play Store.
