Free tickets for #SCCON25 are available in the online ticket shop. You can show your ticket digitally on your smartphone at the entrance to the Smart Country Convention and have it scanned, or have it printed out at one of our counters using the QR code.

Hall plan and site overview

With more than 460 exhibitors and around 650 speakers, it's easy to lose track of where everything is. Our hall plans show where the stages are located (Plaza and Arena Stage in hub27; Forum Stage and Atrium in Hall 25 and Focus Stage in Hall 26.c), where the workshops take place (hub27, beta level) and where each exhibitor has their stand. The SCCON podcast area has moved to Hall 26.c.

Event times and travel information

The Smart Country Convention will take place from 30 September to 2 October. Doors open for visitors at 9:00 a.m., and the programme starts at 10:00 a.m.

On 30 September, SCCON will end at 10:00 p.m. with the Networking Night. The second day will end at 9:00 p.m. with the SCCON Startup Award Night. On 2 October, #SCCON25 will end at 6 p.m. with the official closing ceremony.

If you are travelling to the Smart Country Convention by train, please use the ‘Messe Süd’ S-Bahn station. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of hub27.

If you are travelling to SCCON by car, use the address ‘Jafféstraße 2, 14055 Berlin’. A limited number of paid parking spaces are available at the exhibition grounds.

Cloakroom and catering

Jacket, suitcase, laptop bag? You can leave everything at our cloakroom directly at the entrance to hub27 for a fee.

And when you feel peckish (or really hungry)? You will find various catering options in our exhibition halls and on the outdoor area between hub27 and Hall 25. The large food court is located in the new Hall 26.c.

Pro tip: Passport expired or need to activate your online ID function? No problem: at the Smart City Berlin stand (hub27 | Stand 407), you can apply for a new ID card or activate your online ID function free of charge without an appointment. Please bring your previous ID card or passport with you.
